Andrei Vasilevskiy’s goalie mask changes based on temperature

The Tampa Bay Lightning officially have a monopoly on awesome goalie masks. Ben Bishop sported a crazy glow-in-the-dark mask during the 2015-16 season and now Andrei Vasilevskiy has a unique mask of his own which will change its appearance depending on the temperature.

Here’s the mask in action:

It’s a pretty cool effect, but it’s doubtful fans will ever see the mask change considering how much water it took in the video to trigger the change.
