Russian Islanders players try to fit in with hipster lifestyle

The move from the Nassau Memorial Coliseum to the Barclays Center has been a contentious topic for many Islanders fans. The Islanders’ life blood was the people from Long Island supporting the team through thick and thin.

When it was announced that they would be moving to Brooklyn, it was met with some trepidation. A lot of the team and fans still live on Long Island, but luckily they have some Russians in Nikolay Kulemin and Mikhail Grabovski to show them around their new stomping grounds.

The hipster stereotype may be overdone at this point, but this is a very, very good entry before it all goes out of style. Who knew these guys had such personalities? I am sure the fine folks in New York can get them a reality show.
