This has been a startlingly good year for rookies. Players like Jack Eichel and Connor McDavid were the players expected to blow people’s minds this year. Who would have thought that Dylan Larkin was the player that would be the most highlight worthy halfway through the season?
The goal is outstanding on its own, but when you take into consideration that he is a rookie and only 19 years of age, your mind starts to get blown. This isn’t on some scrub goaltender either. This is on Cory Schneider who is having one of the best years in the NHL.
