Video: Red Wings prospect scores slick between-the-legs goal

The Detroit Red Wings have long been held as the gold standard in the NHL for their asset management and drafting ability. It looks like they may have found a hidden gem in Adam Marsh of the St. John Sea Dogs of the QMJHL, as evidenced by this goal.

What a sublime celebration from Marsh. Pretty sure he could have slid to mid ice with that one.

Marsh was selected in the seventh round by the Red Wings in this past year’s draft. The Red Wings have found stars in the late rounds with players like Henrik Zetterberg and Pavel Datsyuk, I am sure they are hoping Marsh is the next in line to carry the tradition.
