Yard, decked out in full John Tavares gear featuring the alternate jersey, seemed enamored with the ability to run people through the boards and to fight while only being punished with a time out.
In return, Clutterbuck goes to Mike Yard’s old barber and hangs out in East New York to try to spread the gospel of hockey to the heart of Brooklyn (and in term bring up those sagging Islanders attendance numbers.) The people of Brooklyn would start by pronouncing Clutterbuck’s name right.
