Away from the track, newly retired NASCAR driver Dale Earnhardt Jr. is a diehard Washington Redskins fan. And Dale Jr. is very serious about his fandom, even going so far as to not wanting to step foot in away stadiums when the Redskins are playing, especially at AT&T Stadium.

So while Dale Jr. received many racing related retirement gifts over the past year, someone got him a rather unique gift connected to his love of the Redskins.

Twitter users @steveluvender and @nascarcasm got Dale Jr. a Redskins sport coat that is certainly going to attract some eyeballs.

That is bizarre, gaudy and loud, and it is also a sweet looking sport coat. It even looked like a perfect fit but when he tried to wear it out to lunch, wife Amy stopped that idea dead in its tracks.

Dale Jr. is set to start his TV gig with NBC later this year and if they decide to send him out for a Redskins game, I think we know what he will be wearing at FedEx Field.
