Barcelona only barely eked out a 1-0 win over bottom feeders Granada at the Nou Camp on Saturday, and it came with some added controversy with one of the Blaugrana’s biggest stars, too. Neymar was rumored to have gotten into a tunnel clash with Granada’s Ruben Vezo after both men received bookings late in the match.

According to reports from Spain, the two scuffled and hurled insults at each other in the tunnel after the match, “but the matter passed off without any further incident”. Below is video of the reported scuffle:

Other reports believe that Neymar or Vezo won’t receive any further disciplinary action, which is good news for Barca as Neymar is two further yellow cards away from serving an automatic one-match ban.

And if you want a lighter take on the incident, here’s a Youtube video describing the incident, though you might need your latest copy of Rosetta Stone to understand it since it’s in Spanish.

Neymar has always dragged some controversy around with him whether he’s playing for Barca or Brazil, and this latest incident isn’t really going to help his public perception that much. Certainly Ruben Vezo now thinks a little less of him than he did before the match, at least.
