slip 'n slide

Who doesn’t love a good slip ‘n slide? The only problem with one is that at some point, you have to reach the end of the slide before you stand up, walk back to the beginning, and do it all over again. Or do you?

In Australia, in honor of Australia Day, some brilliant engineering minds constructed the absolute ultimate slip ‘n slide contraption that will spin you around in an endless loop until you let go. Don’t let go. That might hurt.

This looks like a ton of fun, and make no mistake about it, this is a physical challenge. The contraption apparently has three-speed settings but is only considered safe to go at its slowest setting. If it is this much of a struggle to hold on at its slowest speed, one can only imagine the fun the medium and fast settings could present.

Kudos to those who can manage to hold on to their Foster’s while spinning around on this giant slip ‘n slide without spilling an ounce.
