Allow Myself to Introduce…Ourselves

Welcome to the Outside Corner. Our aim is to be one of the more comprehensive baseball blogs on the internet. We've got a fantastic team of writers whose names you've probably seen in many places before. Let me introduce the staff here at the OC (please, no jokes about MTV reality shows).

Joe Lucia. That's me, and I'm the managing editor here at the Outside Corner. I'm a huge Braves fan, and have written for Talking Chop (my first writing gig), BravesHeart on the now defunct Fanball Network, and now, I'm the lead man over at Chop N Change here on Bloguin. The strengths of my writing are in sabermetrics and reports on prospects. Twitter: @JoeCNC

Pat Lackey. Pat is the man behind Where Have You Gone, Andy Van Slyke? here on Bloguin. The blog has been around for years, and has been on Bloguin for nearly two and a half years. Pat is a long suffering Pirates fan, and I feel for him. Twitter: whygavs

Daniel Moroz. Daniel has been running Camden Crazies for around two years, the past few months of which have been on Bloguin after the Fanball shutdown. You can also find his work at Beyond the Box Score. Twitter: @CamdenCrazies

Bob Biscigliano. Founder of Detroit4Lyfe and probably something else. Twitter: @detroit4lyfe

Garrett Wilson. Another one of my transplanted brothers from Fanball, Garrett runs the Angels blog Monkey with a Halo. He jumped to Bloguin the same time that myself and Daniel did. Twitter: @MonkeyWithAHalo

We're all going to bring our unique spin to baseball. This blog is a cornucopia of content. We're not just going to give you reactions to breaking news, we're not just going to analyze the hell out of every move, we're not just going to bash your brains in with numbers, and we're not just going to endlessly talk about players you're not going to see in the majors for another four years. We're going to give you ALL OF THAT, plus more.

Enjoy the ride folks.
