There’s still a poster for The Franchise up at Marlins Park

Remember the Miami Marlins? Of course you do. Remember last winter when the Marlins spent a ton of money on free agents, and then signed a deal to have a reality show broadcast on Showtime, only to end it a week early? Of course you don't.

Anyway, ESPN's Jerry Crasnick was strolling around Marlins Park yesterday before the second round of the WBC began today, and he ran across…this.

That's right: a framed poster advertising The Franchise. Of the seven people pictured in the poster, the only one that's still with the organization eight months after the premiere is Giancarlo Stanton, whose head you can see popping up in the back of the crowd, in between Ozzie Guillen and Jose Reyes.

The Miami Marlins: hitting bizarre new lows every day.
