Your full guide to All-Star Game replacements

The All-Star Game will be rolling along in two days. Of course, it's now time to eliminate a handful of players that are pulling out of the game due to injury, and replace them with others. Here's your full breakdown of both the AL and NL subtractions and additions from each team.

IN: Mark Melancon, Pirates
OUT: Jeff Locke, Pirates
Locke skipped his last start due to a sore back, and is being replaced by his teammate Melancon, who has an 0.81 ERA in 44 1/3 innings to go along with 46 strikeouts and four walks as the primary setup man to Jason Grilli.

IN: Sergio Romo, Giants
OUT: Jordan Zimmermann, Nationals
Zimmermann has a sore neck, and will be skipping the game. He's replaced by Giants closer Romo, who has a 2.86 ERA in 34 2/3 innings in 2013, saving 21 games for San Francisco.

IN: Brian McCann, Braves
OUT: Freddie Freeman, Braves
Freeman injured his thumb on Saturday, and is electing to skip the game. McCann is hitting .291/.374/.536 for the Braves this season with 12 homers and 32 RBI in 53 games.

IN: Chris Tillman, Orioles
OUT: Justin Verlander, Tigers
Verlander started on Sunday, and isn't eligible to pitch in the game on Tuesday as a result. Tillman is 11-3 with a 3.95 ERA for Baltimore this season.

IN: Greg Holland, Royals
OUT: Hisashi Iwakuma, Mariners
Iwakuma started on Sunday, and is ineligible to pitch in the game on Tuesday. Holland has a 1.80 ERA in 35 innings for Kansas City, along with 22 saves and 60 strikeouts.

IN: Grant Balfour, Athletics
OUT: Bartolo Colon, Athletics
Colon started on Sunday, and is ineligible to pitch in the game on Tuesday.Balfour has a 1.63 ERA in 38 2/3 innings for Oakland to go along with his 25 saves.

IN: Matt Moore, Rays
OUT: Yu Darvish, Rangers
Darvish was placed on the DL with a strained trapezius muscle. Moore has a 13-3 record for Tampa Bay this season with a 3.44 ERA and 108 strikeouts in 107 1/3 innings.

Other players may end up pulling out before the game on Tuesday, and we'll have an update for you if there are any more changes.

IN: Edward Mujica, Cardinals
OUT: Adam Wainwright, Cardinals
Wainwright started on Sunday, and is ineligible to pitch in the game on Tuesday. Mujica has a 2.20 ERA in 41 innings for St Louis this season, along with 34 strikeouts, two walks, and 26 saves.
