Homer Bailey leaves start with apparent knee injury

During Thursday’s Cubs-Reds game, Cincinnati starter Homer Bailey left the game with an apparent knee injury. He immediately began to flex his knee, and it was later revealed that he had pain in his patellar tendon.

Well, that’s obviously not a good thing for a team that has lost both Joey Votto and Brandon Phillips this week.
