While you may be busy watching basketball tournaments, football equipment managers and staff members are getting ready for the upcoming season and getting new uniforms ready to go. For Tulane, that means getting ready to roll out their new alternate black jersey and helmet for 2015.

Tulane has worn black jerseys before, but the matte black helmet is a new addition. We’;ll have to wait and see what the helmet looks like on the side, but there is some promise here for Tulane. As long as this is an alternate look, Tulane should get a passing grade from the uniform critics in the crowd.
