Skip Bayless tells us exactly how [he thinks] it is.
Tim Tebow recently talked to Florida University boosters, and he had a very funny and interesting story to tell about former teammate Brady Quinn. While never referencing Quinn by name, Tebow said that a teammate who played the same position as him bragged constantly about the greatness of their former school, Notre Dame. Tebow thought the whole situation was pretty funny, saying only 1 player from that school ran under a 5.0 40 when Tebow entered the league. Is Tim Tebow becoming a real member of the Jets?
Karlos Dansby thinks the Dolphins’ defense can be great in 2012. There’s no denying that the Dolphins have had a solid defensive unit in recent years, but it’s hard to guess how that might translate to real scenarios. By that I mean, the Dolphins’ opponents are often in cruise control by the end of the third quarter. Their defense may not stack up as well if they were playing teams that kept the foot on the gas for 4 quarters. Then there’s the problem of the offense. If the Dolphins are constantly defending short fields, their yards per game allowed will look great, but they’ll give up a lot of points. All things to consider going forward for Miami.
Mike Sando touches on tendencies of the quarterbacks in Arizona in an effort to determine who is better suited to lead the Cardinals. The conclusion from the piece is essentially a draw. Both quarterbacks are complete a similar percentage of passes. Kevin Kolb gains a couple more yards per attempt, but he also gets sacked considerably more often than John Skelton.
