Eloy Jimenez is the Chicago Cubs’ top prospect and one of the very best prospects in baseball (ranked No. 11 overall on Baseball America’s latest rankings). The 20-year-old is best-known for his tremendous power, and he put that on full display during the Carolina League Home Run Derby:
