EA Sports’ College Football 25 is one of the most anticipated video games of all time. That’s far from an understatement at this point too. Next month, players will get to load up a college football video game for the first time in over a decade. That anxious and anticipated moment could be one of the biggest stories of the entire year. More hype arrived on Tuesday. EA announced the “Toughest Place to Play” rankings in the game, causing feverish discussion. So did the announcement of which place is the toughest: It’s Texas A&M’s Kyle Field.

Kyle Field sits atop the rankings and is followed by some of the most venerable venues in the sport. Bryant-Denny Stadium (Alabama), Tiger Stadium (LSU), Ohio Stadium (Ohio State), and Sanford Stadium (Georgia) fill out the rest of the top five. That’s a pretty stout group of stadiums. Finishing out the Top 10 are Beaver Stadium (Penn State), Camp Randall Stadium (Oklahoma), Gaylord Family Oklahoma Memorial Stadium (OU), Doak Campbell Stadium (Florida State), and finally, Ben Hill Griffin Stadium (Florida).
The hype is mounting for this game as the release date approaches. While plenty of discussion took over the day on Tuesday, the goal is still clear. Everyone wants to play this game, and the floodgates will soon open.
