Jorge Soler just hit the furthest-hit home run of the season, and it was a rocket.
The San Francisco Giants slugger mashed one out over the fence at Coors Field, where the ball does tend to travel. And it traveled really far for Soler.
478 feet, to be exact.
Jorge Soler + Coors Field = big home runs.

Soler is one of the more prolific home run hitters in MLB. It’s why he’s been such a valuable piece over the years for several teams, including the Atlanta Braves, who he won a World Series with in 2021. Soler was insturmental during htat run, slugging multiple home runs in the postseason, including during the World Series.
Fans raved over the moonshot home run after Soler sent it well over the fence.
Jorge Soler’s 478-foot homer was the longest in MLB this year and longest by a Giant since Alex Dickerson went 480 at Coors Field in 2020: https://t.co/qKwM3TA4NE
