The NBA suspended Patrick Beverley on Thursday, but did the league actually do enough? Some fans are crowing that they did not.

After a series of incidents following the Bucks’ dispiriting series loss to the Indiana Pacers, Beverley found himself in a world of trouble. The league handed down a suspension to Beverley, but it was merely a four-game suspension.

ESPN announced Beverley’s suspension in a post online.

Beverley’s mere four-game suspension comes after ugly incidents he found himself involved in. The NBA veteran was accused of throwing basketballs at fans “multiple times” and also had that displeasing interaction with a reporter during his postgame media availability.

Beverley’s suspension will not begin until next season of course. Indiana eliminated Milwaukee from the NBA Playoffs, so they have to watch the rest from their couch. But once next season starts, Beverley will have to sit on the bench. At least it won’t be for long, in his point of view, but others feel differently.

The NBA world had much to say about Patrick Beverley and his suspension. It’s safe to say that many didn’t agree.
