Jake Paul President Donald Trump pulled Ohio-native Jake Paul to the stage during an event in Hebron, KY.

United States President Donald Trump has had a controversial return to office for his second term. Only recently, Iran announced that it would not be competing in the 2026 World Cup, which will take place across the United States, Canada, and Mexico, after its leader was killed in airstrikes during a conflict with the United States and Israel.

On Wednesday, Trump held a rally in Kentucky, and YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul spoke to the attendees at Trump’s suggestion.

“Jake, you got to come up. Come here. Come on. You got to come. This guy has guts. And he walked out with a broken jaw,” the President said. “Anyway, this was not the greatest fight. But you know what it showed? Lots of Courage. Come here, Jake.”

Paul then stepped up and addressed the crowd.

” Yeah, what Mr. Trump has taught me is courage. We never back down from a fight, even if they’re much bigger than you, much, much bigger than you…

“I know God is with us. I know he wants us on the right side of history, and everyone here has to do their part. God’s got us. Trump’s got us. God bless. Love you, Kentucky.”

Trump then regained control of the microphone and made a shocking statement.

“Now, he’s a great guy. He’s a courageous guy and a talented guy. He’s a hell of a fighter, too, by the way. And I just want to say, I predict, I’m going to make a prediction that you will be, in the not too distant future, running for political office. And you have my complete and total endorsement. Now, that’s what we want. He’s an incredible guy. A lot of courage and smarts.”

In September, Paul posted a video on social media announcing his intention to run for President.

“I just finished writing my Jake Paul 2030 five-year plan,” Paul said at the time, per MMAmania.com.

“Sign and delivered. Become world champ, become billionaire, have three kids and get married to Jutta [Leerdam], beat [Oleksandr] Usyk, win an Oscar, fight on the moon, and start a presidential campaign.“
