On Saturday afternoon, the No. 8 seed Arkansas Razorbacks delivered quite a shock to the college basketball world when they downed the top-seeded Kansas Jayhawks in the second round of the NCAA Tournament to punch its ticket to the Sweet 16. And after the win, the team took to Twitter to troll their opponent.

On Saturday night, just a few minutes after the upset victory, the official Arkansas basketball team’s Twitter account posted a photo of the state’s flag and made a joke about the pronunciation of Kansas, joking that the state should now be pronounced similarly to Arkansas.

“IT’S PRONOUNCED KANSAW,” the Arkansas Razorbacks official men’s basketball team Twitter account said on Sunday.

It was a hilarious bit of trash talk after the game, and it’s safe to say they earned bragging rights after their gritty, comeback 72-71 victory on Saturday afternoon.

Following the win over the Jayhawks, Arkansas now advances to the Sweet 16 for the second straight season where the Razorbacks will now take on either the Connecticut Huskies or the Saint Mary’s Gaels with a trip to the Elite Eight on the line.

We’ll have to see if the Razorbacks can keep on winning – and also keep on trolling.
