After First Lady Jill Biden suggested that both LSU and Iowa be invited to the White House, the reaction has been intense.

Everyone from fans to players has offered their own opinions about the subject and, to be honest, most of the comments have been negative about the idea.

Dr. Biden has been dragged all across social media for her comments, which she later retracted, but it was too late.

A lot of people saw it as an insult that Biden wanted her husband to invite both teams to the White House and several players expressed their disappointment, including LSU guard Alex Morris.

Morris suggested that instead of going to the White House that the team goes to former first lady Michelle Obama’s house to celebrate.

Morris made the ask to Obama via a tweet, although she didn’t tag the former First Lady.

“Michelle OBAMA can we (LSU NATIONAL CHAMPS) come celebrate our win at your house ?” she tweeted.

“Mrs. Obama made sure we had healthy snacks when I was in middle school, I still eat BAKED HOT CHEETOS! Come on Auntie Michelle,” she added in a follow-up.

No word yet from Mrs. Obama if they can visit her and the former president’s Washington or Chicago residence.
