As the 2023-24 college football season is nearing its close with the Michigan Wolverines taking on the Washington Huskies in the College Football Playoff national title game on Monday night, it’s not too early to start thinking about next year’s college football season. And we already have some betting odds.
This week, SportsBetting.ag released their opening odds for next season’s national championship with the Georgia Bulldogs leading the way followed by the Alabama Crimson Tide, the Ohio State Buckeyes, the Texas Longhorns, and the Michigan Wolverines.

Obviously, next season will be quite different in the national title race as the College Football Playoff is shifting from its current four-team format to a brand new 12-team model. It will certainly be interesting to see how next season’s championship race shapes up as a result.
