Arch Manning Arch Manning

Ever since five-star quarterback Arch Manning signed with the Texas Longhorns, fans have been high on the potential of the young star, especially considering his relationship with uncles Peyton and Eli Manning. And during Texas’ annual spring game on Saturday afternoon, it was easy to see what those fans were so excited about.

During the first quarter of Saturday’s spring game, Arch Manning unleashed an impressive deep ball to Longhorns wide receiver DeAndre Moore Jr. that resulted in a 75-yard touchdown.

Manning saw Moore streaking wide open up the middle of the field and unleashed a beautiful deep ball, hitting him perfectly in stride for the touchdown.

It was an absolutely beautiful pass from the young star quarterback, and it led to a lot of reactions from the college football world over the weekend.

With starter Quinn Ewers returning to the team this year after leading them to the College Football Playoff last season, it’s quite unlikely that Manning will have a real chance to earn the starting role this offseason.

However, with former backup Maalik Murphy now gone after transferring from the program, Manning will likely be in line for an increased role and more snaps this season.
