Texas Longhorns star running back Bijan Robinson might be the best and most talented running back in all of college football, but on Saturday he proved that he was human, fumbling the football during the team’s 37-34 loss to the Texas Tech Red Raiders in overtime. But he’s got an extremely bold plan to make sure it doesn’t happen again.
According to Texas Longhorns beat writer Anwar Richardson, Robinson is spending all of Monday holding a football to make sure he doesn’t fumble again.

The college football world had plenty to say about Robinson’s hilarious plan. As many pointed out, Robinson’s plan is nearly identical to that of fictional college football running back Darnell Jefferson from the 1993 film The Program.

Time will tell whether or not Robinson’s bold plan works. He’ll have his first chance to recover from his costly mistake on Saturday when the Longhorns take on the West Virginia Mountaineers in a conference showdown.
