Texas A&M head coach Jimbo Fisher announced Wednesday that he had suspended three of his freshman from his team, all of whom were part of his 2022 No. 1 recruiting class.
Cornerback Denver Harris, wide receiver Chris Marshall, and offensive lineman PJ Williams, have been all suspended from the football team for what Fisher says were off-the-field issues.
When asked about the situation, Fisher didn’t want to go into much detail about what happened with the three.
When asked about suspensions, Jimbo Fisher declined to comment.

“We’re not speaking on that” said Fisher. “We’re keeping everything we do in-house and what’s going on inside we keep it internally.”
Fisher has been facing harsh criticism from across the country for his team’s play and his lack of great coaching. There are even rumors that the Texas A&M board of regents is trying to wiggle their way out of having to pay Fisher his huge buyout if they decide to fire him at the end of the year.
If Fisher is fired, he would be owed nearly $90 million, so the likelihood of him being fired is unlikely, at least for now but that’s not to say it can’t or won’t happen.
The Aggies have one of the toughest schedules in the country and have to win three out of the next five to make a bowl game. The Aggies right now are sitting at 3-4 facing Ole Miss Saturday.
