The Ohio Bobcats took down the Bowling Green Falcons 38-14 on Tuesday night in Athens, OH to secure the MAC East Division title. And the #MACtion continued postgame with a special moment during the Bobcats’ on-field celebration.
In the middle of the Bobcats’ celebration, Ohio offensive lineman Bryce Ramer got down on one knee and proposed to his girlfriend. She said yes, and the celebration went up up a notch.
Here are videos of the proposal, via Eric Decker of the Athens Messenger and Jason Arkley of SUACBobcats.com:

Bryce Ramer wasn’t satisfied with clinching the MAC East, he wanted another ring. (I think she said yes from the reaction) pic.twitter.com/1oJVxR3qUi

That’s very cool, wholesome content.
After starting the 2022 college football season 2-3, Ramer and the Bobcats have won seven in a row (and eight of nine). At 7-1, Ohio is the only team with at least six wins in the MAC so far this season, and it’s the only team with at least eight overall wins (the Bobcats are 9-3).
The Bobcats will play for their first league title since 1968 when they take on the Toledo Rockets in the MAC Championship Game on Dec. 3 in Detroit.
