The Colorado Buffaloes are perhaps the most hyped team in college football, with head coach Deion Sanders set for his first season with the program. He has revamped the program in his image and is set to have another one of his sons join the team.
Sanders coached his sons, star quarterback Shedeur Sanders and standout safety Shilo Sanders at Jackson State last season. Shedeur has joined him and is expected to be the team’s starting quarterback next year. Shilo made it official on Saturday night that he will also transfer to Colorado.
He took to social media to release a hype video for the decision, showing him walking into the Colorado locker room. The final few seconds show the words “committed.”

This was always the expected decision for Shilo Sanders once he entered the transfer portal in December. He ultimately wanted to finish his undergraduate degree this spring, so he took so long to make this decision official.
It will be the second time Sanders has transferred in his college football career, playing at South Carolina for two years before joining his dad initially at Jackson State in 2021.
He experienced much more success at Jackson State, earning second-team all-conference honors for Jackson State in 2021 after recording four interceptions and two forced fumbles.
It continues the trend of Jackson State players coming along with Deion Sanders to join Colorado. He becomes the eighth player to jump from the SWAC powerhouse to the Pac-12.
