Comedians are some of the biggest celebrities in the world right now. One of those celebrities is none other than Theo Vonn, who has become so big that he was present at the inauguration of the 47th President of the United States, Donald Trump.
Von even had a viral moment at the inauguration when his chair broke and he fell backwards into the lap of influencer/ boxer Logan Paul.

All of Von’s success has naturally led to even more opportunities. One such opportunity is a Netflix comedy special, deemed by many in the industry to be one of the marquee moments in a comic’s career.
Unfortunately, things went horribly wrong for Von during the taping of his special, as noted by Awful Announcing founder Ben Koo.

People in attendance noted just how poorly things went for Von.
“I was there at the 5pm show and wouldn’t describe it as a bad set…. It was worse than that… it seemed like he was having a mental breakdown or maybe was on something. I felt awful for him. At the beginning he started like 4 times and then would go backstage and start again,” one person wrote on Twitter.
“I got to see the 9pm show, and I gotta say, it wasn’t half bad. Actually, it seemed like he was having some kind of mental trouble or maybe he was on something. I felt really bad for him. He started the show a few times, but then he’d go backstage and start over,” another person noted.
Even what Von was able to get through seems to be questionable content.
“He got his sea legs eventually & did go through the whole set, after several stops at the beginning. He had a lot of content but I would be really surprised if Netflix ever uses it bc of antisemitic/racial/homophobic/disability jokes. It’ll be interesting to see how Netflix moves forward after such an abject disaster.
