Millennials, look what you’ve done now.

Chili’s Grill & Bar (or just Chili’s, as you likely know it) has decided to make some cuts. However, unlike some of their rivals, those cuts won’t be to a number of restaurants around the country, but instead to the number of items on their menu.

The casual restaurant chain that basically introduced fajitas to America (probably more true than you care to admit) is cutting 40 percent of the food items on its menu later this month. The reason is said to be a desire to keep up with diners’ desire for quicker service and streamlined options. The rise in fast-casual concepts, improved grocery-store food offerings, and home delivery services have cut into the bottom line for sit-down restaurants like Chili’s and their way to fight back is by focusing on the things they know they’re good at.

As of right now, Chili’s has around 125 items on its menu when you combine appetizers, entrees, desserts, cocktails, and more. The trimmed-down menu will include around 75 items when it premieres on Sept. 18.

So what’s going? Say goodbye to some of the trendier items that Chili’s introduced in order to reach out to discerning customers. Bye-bye, fried cauliflower appetizer, mango tilapia, and crispy asparagus.

Fear not, fans of Chili’s famous baby back ribs, chicken-fried steak, fajitas, and burgers. Those longtime mainstays will stick around due to their popularity and dependability. Breathe easy, Michael Scott.
