Surprisingly, this isn’t Florida Man up to his usual tricks, but a cousin of his from Arizona (there are no In-N-Out Burger locations in Florida, though there should be). During a police chase in Phoenix, which then extended into the eastern suburbs, the suspect bizarrely stopped at an In-N-Out location in Chandler to pick up a late night snack, or at least it appeared that way.

After appearing to order food, he then drove away and ditched his truck a few miles down the road. He then ran into a backyard and tried to enter a house through a back door, but couldn’t, which was when police apprehended and arrested the man.

According to police records, the man was 35-year-old Joshua Adkins, who was booked on suspicion of unlawful flight from law enforcement, aggravated domestic assault-violence, and unlawful imprisonment. No word on whether the last charge had anything to do with his brief stop at a fast food drive through during a police chase.

Check out the video of the chase below; it’s hilarious.
