Cindy Stowell's 6th win

This is our weekly look at the most popular — or in some cases our personal favorite — videos on Clippit over the past week. Clippit is an awesome app that allows us to quickly grab 30-second clips from several live TV broadcasts and share them on social media.

Cindy Stowell is now a six-time Jeopardy champion

So, this is the most incredible story of 2016 and frankly should be getting more talk. Cindy Stowell competed on Jeopardy! while battling terminal cancer, and sadly passed away on December 5th, less than two weeks before any of her Jeopardy! appearances aired.

The Comeback’s Jay Rigdon put it well when writing about Stowell on Monday:

What makes her story great isn’t just that she managed to compete on the program while fighting through a fever and an infection, as well as the effects of painkillers. (Granted, that’s certainly a big enough accomplishment.) What makes it truly great is that she won. And then she won again. And again, and again.

Well on Monday, she won for the fifth time:

And Tuesday, she won in dramatic fashion on a sports question, to become a six-time Jeopardy! champion:

Just amazing.

Ezekiel Elliott scores touchdown, jumps into Salvation Army kettle

This was fantastic… but drew a penalty because the kettle is a “prop”. Come on. Zeke at least wasn’t fined for it.

Oh, and the celebration has led to a spike in Salvation Army donations.

Malik Monk goes off for 47 points to lead Kentucky over North Carolina

Kentucky freshman guard Malik Monk dropped 47 freaking points on North Carolina, shooting 18-of-28 from the field and 8-of-12 on threes in the Wildcats’ 103-100 win. His final three was the game-winner, and drew an “ONIONS!” from the great Bill Raftery (Brad Nessler was also great on this broadcast; Verne Lundquist’s CBS replacement):

Cheerleader faceplants after she got run over by Washington QB Kirk Cousins

This was an unfortunate incident on Monday Night Football, but the cheerleader was thankfully okay and able to smile about it:
