Former president Donald Trump interacts with fans John Jones-USA TODAY Sports

Former United States President Donald Trump has talked up his golf game for years, and now he’ll get a chance to show off a little bit and benefit a charity in the process.

On Monday, LIV Golf superstar Bryson DeChambeau announced on social media that Donald Trump had agreed to participate in his Break 50 challenge where they will attempt to break a score of 50 on Trump’s Bedminster course. And for every stroke they score under par, they will be donating $10,000 to the Wounded Warrior Project.

“Break 50 with Donald Trump dropping tomorrow on my YouTube channel! On this special episode, we will be donating $10,000 to the Wounded Warrior Project for every stroke we score under par. Stay tuned,” DeChambeau said in a post on X, the social media website that was formerly known as Twitter.

Needless to say, it’s pretty insane news that Trump is participating in a challenge like this considering he rarely showcases his golf skills publicly, and it led to a lot of reactions on social media.

It will certainly be interesting to see how Trump performs in the challenge after how much he has been talking up his golf skills over the past several years.
