United States President Donald Trump is in the middle of a political firestorm. Trump announced tariffs on various amounts on a number of foreign countries last week in the hopes that the tariffs would strengthen America’s position in the global economy and bring jobs back to the United States.

However, the tariffs have thus far resulted in the stock market crashing, which has led to multiple massive layoffs from corporations. Many people are now worried about the status of their retirement accounts and financial holdings.

However, President Trump doesn’t appear to be worried about the market collapse. In fact, rather than stay in Washington, D.C. to try and get the financial fallout sorted, Trump headed to Flordia for a golf event, according to one reporter.

“After launching economic chaos and uncertainty with his tariffs, Trump now heads to FL for the rest of the week to host a Saudi-owned LIV golf tournament,” Meidas Touch’s Rob Filipkowski reported.

While he didn’t compete on the LIV tour. Trump also got some golfing of his own done over the weekend. A video of the President working on his swing went viral on social media.

Many people on social media thought that Trump’s golf swing could use some work, but it appears that it was good enough to win the tournament he participated in.

“Very good because I won,” he says when asked how the tournament was. “It’s good to win. You heard I won, right?” Trump said about the tournament, per reporter Emily Goodin.

It’s shocking to hear Trump say that he feels “very good” considering the circumstances surrounding the stock market. Hopefully, now that his golf outing is over, he will focus on getting the stock market back on track.
