BMW-winning golfer

The feeling one gets after hitting a hole-in-one on the golf course is one filled with overexuberant joy and raw emotion. It doesn’t matter if it happens at The Masters, by a pro or a robot or simply when watching someone else hit one. A hole-in-one is reason to celebrate. This is even more true when a state-of-the-art luxury car is up for grabs.

James Morrison won himself a 2016 BMW i8 Protonic Red Edition when he sunk a hole-in-one on the 14th hole at the BMW PGA Championship. As the ball went in the hole, Morrison celebrated the entire way down the course, carrying playing partner Andy Sullivan down the fairway at one point.

The car itself is valued at approximately $140,000. As noted by FOX Sports, the value of the car exceeds any winnings Morrison was going to take home with him at the tournament. Judging by his reaction following the hole-in-one, it looks like he will just fine with that outcome.
