PGA golfers, they’re just like us. And even if they’re not, the game of golf always finds a way to humble everyone sooner or later.

Justin Thomas spent the morning at the driving range as he prepared for Sunday’s final round at the 2022 Masters. Unfortunately for him, a very humbling moment was caught on camera for everyone to see.

While Thomas has shot pretty well on the weekend and finds himself in the top ten on the leaderboard, this one particular attempt at the driving range did not go well. The 14-time PGA tournament winner was captured on camera almost whiffing on the shot and then looking directly into the camera as if to say “I hope you didn’t see that.”

Golf influencer Paige Spiranac certainly saw it and she responded by saying “One of us,” perfectly encapsulating the feeling that so many other golfers had at that moment.

It’s good news for the rest of us to see that even the best golfers in the world shank the ball from time to time.

Thomas is in contention to end up among the top of the leaderboard at the Masters. Hopefully, he doesn’t have any more shots go that way, especially since all of them will definitely be on camera and in front of way more people.

Though to be fair, it’s not like it would be the first time for Thomas.
