In the second round of U.S. Open action Friday at Pebble Beach, Patrick Reed was quite unhappy with his fifth shot on the Par-5 18th hole.

Reed tried to chip from the rough, and the ball went about two feet, remaining in the rough. Two seconds later, Reed’s club was snapped over his leg, a la Bo Jackson.

Reed recorded a double-bogey on the hole, and barely made the cut at +2.
