Fans racing “The Freeze” at Atlanta Braves games makes for the best entertainment in between innings in Major League Baseball, and it appeared the blazing sprinter was going to lose his race vs a fan on Monday night at Truist Park.

However, the fan fell down just steps away from the finish line.

Here’s a look at the painful — both physically and mentally — race for the fan:
