Conor McGregor threw an absolutely awful ceremonial first pitch at Wrigley Field on Tuesday night at the Chicago Cubs’ game against the Minnesota Twins. The MMA fighter also went on to sing the seventh-inning stretch, which wasn’t any better.
Prepare yourself and your ears for this very rough rendition of “Take Me Out to the Ball Game” from McGregor:

Who let Conor McGregor sing the seventh-inning stretch? That was worse than his last two fights against Dustin Poirier.

Yikes. That’s right up there with Ozzy Ozbourne and Mike Ditka.
McGregor certainly sounded like somebody that didn’t know the song at all, and he told Marquee Sports Network that this was the first baseball game he’s attended.
“For me, it just feels like one big Irish pub.”
