Sorry to the New York tabloids, but Derek Jeter has finally tied the knot.

Jeter married his longtime girlfriend and model Hannah Davis, 26 in a surprisingly intimate and close ceremony for less than 100 people in Napa, California at the Meadowood resort. Supposedly, the pair celebrated their engagement at the same location. Jeter proposed to Davis in October after dating for three years.

Of that small, intimate crowd at the ceremony, only three former Yankee teammates made the cut to attend: Jorge Posada, Andruw Jones and Tino Martinez. A few of Davis’ fellow Sports Illustrated models also attended the ceremony, alongside the two families.

It was Davis who said she wanted to keep the ceremony fairly simple instead of having a massive ceremony befitting the status of the two.

“I’m chill. I just want it to be a fun day, not all the fuss. I don’t want to go overboard — it’s not about the place settings. I won’t get stressed out about that, ’cause I could just care less,” she told Health Magazine in March.

“You want to find someone who is way better than you, or you think so. You’re like, ‘This person is gonna bring out the best in me, and I’m gonna be a way better person this year.’”

Apparently, the former Yankee captain is ready to become a dad too. Happy times all around for Mr. and Mrs. Jeter.
