Last week, one of the most hilarious moments we’ll see this year in the sports world happened, when an Atlanta Braves fan thought he beat superhero sprinter “The Freeze” in a race between innings at SunTrust Park. The fan celebrated too soon and faceplanted, as The Freeze passed him up to win the race.

Well on Friday night, a fan actually took down The Freeze!

The 200-foot head start certainly helps, but an impressive effort from the fan.

The Freeze is actually Braves grounds crew member Nigel Talton, a 26-year-0ld track and field star who hopes to qualify for the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. He spoke with MLB Network on Thursday, and explained how he was also beaten in a race as The Freeze on Opening Day, but not while wearing the superhero costume:
