Over the past few years, Jim McIngvale has become one of the most iconic Houston Astros fans on the planet as well as a notorious sports better.
Affectionately known as “Mattress Mack” in the gambling community, the Houston furniture store owner has become well-known across the sports betting community for his absolutely gigantic wagers. But after the Astros’ blowout loss to the Philadelphia Phillies in Game 3 of the World Series, Mattress Mack made headlines for a very different reason.
In a video that has since gone viral on social media, Mattress Mack can be seen in what appears to be an altercation with a group of Philadelphia Phillies fans outside of Citizens Bank Park immediately following the game. In an NSFW video, McIngvale can be seen arguing with the Phillies fans following the game.

In the video, Mattress Mack is held back as he repeatedly screams “f*** you” at the group of Phillies fans.
It was quite a wild scene, and the Major League Baseball world had plenty to say about it on Twitter.

Mack was specifically defending Jose Altuve. Mattress Mack is the man who will stand up for Houston no matter what.

Mattress Mack is understandably frustrated after the Astros suffered a blowout loss to Philadelphia on Tuesday night. Not only is he a huge Astros fan, but he also has a record amount of money riding on Houston winning the world series. If the Astros win, Mattress Mack will notch the most significant sports gambling win in history.
Needless to say, he has about $75 million reasons to be upset after that game.
