This just in: Shohei Ohtani is incredible.
The Los Angeles Angels’ two-way superstar cranked his 15th homer of the season — tied for second in MLB — in an 11-5 win over the Texas Rangers on Tuesday night. And it was an absolute rocket.
Ohtani smoked a 117 mph dinger, the hardest-hit Angels homer ever tracked by Statcast (going back to 2015).

Shohei Ohtani now has 15 HR this season. It's the 3rd time since 1900 that a player pitched in 5 or more games in a single season and hit 15 HR. Ohtani has done so twice. The other instance was Babe Ruth in 1919. pic.twitter.com/loUFuzE2l3
