This was a very scary moment. Cardinals outfielder Stephen Piscotty was attempting to score on an infield grounder when a throw from Cubs 2B Javy Baez drilled him in the helmet:

He’d leave the field under his own power, but would be removed from the game, and will likely undergo concussion testing. As that tweet notes, it was an inning full of unfortunate events for Piscotty, who was hit by a pitch, then hit by a throw to second, and then finally hit in the head on that play at the plate.
