Prince Fielder hit a freakin’ rocket home run in the Texas Rangers’ 5-3 win over the Houston Astros on Thursday at Globe Life Park in Arlington. Statcast measured the exit velocity of Fielder’s dinger at 111.7 mph:

That certainly sucks about the fan’s iPhone, but she at least got a good laugh out of it, got interviewed on TV, and has an awesome story to tell for the rest of her life.

Also, what’s with the dude that wouldn’t give her the ball back after she had her phone destroyed? Come on, man.
