Wrigley Field is widely regarded as one of the most prestigious parks in all of baseball. And finally, after over three decades, the prominent park will again be showcased on a national level at the annual MLB All-Star Game.
During Thursday’s edition of the Spiegs & Holmes Show on 670 The Score in Chicago, MLB analyst Bruce Levine provided a report that the Cubs would be hosting the 2027 MLB All-Star Game.

Despite the Cubs remaining one of the most popular teams in all of baseball, Wrigley Field hasn’t hosted an All-Star Game since 1990, meaning that it will have been 37 years since the last All-Star Game at the park when the American and National League take the field two years from now in the All-Star Game.
The last All-Star Game in Chicago actually came in 2003 at U.S. Cellular Field, currently named Rate Field, the home of the Chicago White Sox.
Given how much the Cubs mean to Major League Baseball, it’s safe to say that countless Cubs fans are quite eager to be able to attend an All-Star Game for the first time in over three decades, which they expressed on social media.
Can’t wait for this 🔥
