Allen Iverson skipped out on his BIG3 game Sunday, and nobody, not even the league itself, had any idea why. Now we have a clue.

On Thursday, Iverson hit up the roulette table at the Rivers Casino in Des Plaines, Illinois, with a gigantic stack of chips after the BIG3 visited Chicago the weekend before. Apparently he got an itch for more gambling as TMZ reports Iverson stayed in Chicago for the weekend to revisit the casino.

According to witnesses, Iverson was at the Rivers Casino until 3 a.m. on Sunday morning. The 3’s Company player coach and captain never even made the trip to Dallas. On Sunday night, when he was supposed to be in Dallas following a day of BIG3 action, a photo shows Iverson at the Sugar Factory restaurant less than two miles away from the casino.

The BIG3 launched its own investigation into Iverson’s absence on Sunday and has not commented on the new report. Iverson was the main attraction for the BIG3 entering the season, but he’s played in only three games due to injuries, left early when the BIG3 was in Philadelphia and now is an alleged casino all-nighter.
