The historical, improbable, unbelievable comeback in the NBA Finals by the Cleveland Cavaliers has uplifted a city starving for a championship. They may go hungry again (the Browns), or they could get dessert to go with their main course this year (the Indians.) But they’ll never, ever forget the 2016 Cleveland Cavaliers.

As for the Cavs themselves, they’ll never go hungry again, as long as they never forget that they will now be awarded free food for life if they go to Red Bar and Lounge, whose owner promised them the free grub if they won Game 7 in Oakland against the 73-9 Warriors.

Maha Metri, the owner of Red Bar and Lounge, is putting her food where her heart is. (…) “I’d love to have the players come in here but above and beyond that if they can bring us a championship, they’ll all get free food for life. I mean if this city actually wins a championship…!”

Well guess what, Maha: The Cavs did it! And you are now obligated to cook up all the cheese pies that LeBron James wants, all the Buffalo Chicken Salad that Kyrie Irving wants, and all the Shish Tawook that Kevin Love wants. I’ve never had Shish Tawook, but it sounds pretty good. And if Kevin Love wants some, he’ll now get it for free.

But what about the coaching staff? Does Tyronn Lue eat for free too? Or will he get a prorated share or pay half price?
