New York Knicks owner James Dolan appeared on the radio Friday — with a binder of prepared notes — and said that Charles Oakley is currently banned from Madison Square Garden following Wednesday night’s events.

Knicks fans were taking Oakley’s side before Dolan’s weird interview, and were only taking Oakley’s side more after the weird interview.

So, it’s no surprise that fans made sure they were heard during the Knicks’ game against the Denver Nuggets on Friday night at MSG.

There were a variety of chants during the game, with all of the chants showing support for Oakley, and disapproval of Dolan.

“Charles Oakley!”

“We want Oakley!”

“Free Charles Oakley!”

“Fire Dolan!”

“Dolan sucks!”

Charles Oakley tweeted his support for fans and the Knicks (but certainly not the people running the show) on Friday night, and said he will hold a press conference next week:
