De'Aaron Fox nails a deep buzzer-beating three for the Sacramento Kings' win.

On a Saturday full of significant sporting events, nobody expected a regular-season NBA game between the rebuilding Sacramento Kings and Orlando Magic to be one of the most exciting games of the day. But it absolutely was, and an incredible shot for the win capped off the highly entertaining game.

Sacramento Kings star De’Aaron Fox nailed a buzzer-beating three from the half-court logo in Orlando to take down the Magic 126-123 in overtime. The Magic had just scored off a Kings’ turnover to tie the game with 6.3 seconds left before Fox sank the incredible shot.

Here’s how it looked and sounded on the Sacramento and Orlando broadcasts:

The game-winning shot accounted for three of the game-high 37 points Fox scored on the night.

The story of the game could’ve easily been Magic rookie Paolo Banchero scoring 33 points and 15 rebounds, but Fox stole the spotlight with his ridiculous buzzer-beater. It’s a great example of why the Kings signed Fox to a max contract (with the potential to be bumped to a supermax deal) in 2020. He’s a true star and one of the most underrated players in the NBA.

Here’s a peek at how the NBA world is reacting to Fox’s amazing buzzer-beater for the Sacramento win:
