This is a brutal play, and you probably don’t want to watch it if you’re squeamish.

Late in the first quarter with the Suns already up big, Isaiah Canaan was fouled on a drive to the rim. He landed awkwardly, with his foot folding under his body; bones don’t really bend that way. ESPN did not replay the injury, with good reason.

Players realized immediately what happened, and Canaan was quickly stretchered to the locker room, and presumably he’ll head to a hospital:

Hopefully Canaan makes a quick and full recovery from what the broadcast later said was a left ankle fracture.
